Salary Position starting between $50,000.00 and $55,000.00

Requirements
-
Associates Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred, or equivalent experience

5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen experience, depending upon formal degree or training

Catering experience a plus

Hands-on chef experience a must

Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet

Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities

ServSafe certified- Manager Preferred

Management Experience of more than one year preferred, but not required

Self-Starter and able to work independently

Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse environment

Locate Quality Cooks

Assist Recruitment department with interviews and skills evaluations

Fill in for interviews during vacations or absences

Assist candidates with onboarding
Floor Work
Contractor Relations

Collect needed Documents

Check on quality of work and uniforms

Report to Management any issues or concerns

Work 2-3 days per week at a DMR client to understand the work DMR does, the role of the IC, and the client's needs

Assist in emergency situations to help DMR fill a need and protect a relationship with the client

Assist with scheduling in Nowsta

Assist Contractors with issues.
