DMR Talent + Program

DMR Independent Contractor Reward System 

The Independent Contractor Reward System (ICRS) is designed to give independent contractors (“IC”) the ability to earn even more through success.  This program will provide incentives that lead to points.  Those points will be turned in to cash.

Requirements to be Talent+ Qualified

  • Current DMR Independent Contractor (active in DMR system.) 

  • Valid Hepatitis A shot record on file. (Both Shots)  

  • Current ServSafe food handler certification or above on file.  

  • Current Background Check Release form on file. 


DMR reserves the right to cancel this program at any time.  Points will not expire but will not be prorated.  All points accumulated will be forfeited if the contract is terminated by DMR for cause or by IC for any reason. All Incentive Rewards will be reported to the IRS as part of the IC’s income. All interpretations of the terms and conditions of the ICRS will be in DMR’s sole discretion and DMR’s decisions will be final.  

DMR rights and obligations under the ICRS may be assigned or transferred by DMR to any other related or unrelated entity at any time and performance will be the responsibility of that entity.
